This product does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin while tanning may increase the risk of skin aging, skin cancer, and other harmful effects to the skin even if you do not burn.

The colouring on your palms is temporary and can be washed off with a mild hand soap. If the colour persists, use an exfoliating scrub between your hands to remove any excess colour after sunless tanner application.

We do not recommend using Jergens Natural Glow Instant Sun Mousse on the face. It was designed for a body application and facial skin is different than the body skin.

We suggest applying the tanning products to clean, dry skin. It is best to apply a regular body moisturizer to dry areas (elbows, knees, ankles, feet) before applying sunless tanning products to ensure that the colour looks even all over and doesn’t get darker in the dry areas.

You may use another moisturizer with this product. If using two moisturizers at the same time, apply the Jergens Natural Glow Instant Sun first and allow it to dry completely before applying another moisturizer. You may mix and match any Jergens Natural Glow Moisturizer with any Jergens Skincare product.

Yes, as soon as your order is received and product is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email entered during the order process. From there, you can track the package via the shipping carrier. If there appears to be a problem with tracking, contact us here.

We cannot guarantee order cancellation, but requests can be submitted during normal business hours (9am-5pm EST) Monday through Friday. Orders ship immediately once they are received to our shipping department, making cancellation unlikely. In cases where we can process a return to sender, we require a 15% restocking fee taken from the total refund.
